This Privacy Policy explains what information Atrium LLC ("Atrium," "we," "us") collects when you use the Atrium platform and website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to go-atrium.com and to the Atrium application at app.go-atrium.com.
Atrium is a business-to-business advertising platform. Our customers are businesses, and the account information we collect is business contact information. This policy also covers the limited information we handle about visitors to our customers' websites, described in section 4.
1. Information You Give Us
When you create an account and use Atrium, we collect:
- Account details: your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
- Business details: your company name, industry, website address, and the products or services you tell us you sell.
- Campaign information: budgets, flight dates, goals, the TV and streaming networks you select, and the postal codes you choose to target.
- Creative assets: scripts, images, audio, and video you upload or generate in Creative Studio.
- Messages: what you type into the in-app assistant, and any support correspondence.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Your website's public content. When you ask Atrium to scan your site to build a brand kit, we fetch and analyze pages that are already publicly available on that site.
- Campaign delivery data. Impressions, clicks, and conversions reported back to us by the Atrium Performance Network.
- Usage and technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the service.
3. Payment Information
Atrium never sees or stores your full card number. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are entered directly into Stripe's systems. We retain only a payment reference, the last four digits, the card brand, and a record of amounts you have added to your wallet.
4. Your Website Visitors and Advertising Measurement
If you install an Atrium tag or conversion pixel on your own website, we receive limited information about visits to your site, such as IP address, page URL, timestamp, and whether a conversion occurred. We use this to measure whether the advertising we run for you worked, and to build advertising audiences on your behalf.
If you install our tag, you are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent that the law requires of you, and for maintaining your own privacy policy describing it.
We do not use one customer's measurement data to serve a different customer's advertising.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide the service: run your campaigns, produce creative, report results, and bill you accurately.
- To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and payments.
- To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To improve the platform, including its targeting and optimization models. Where we use customer data for this purpose, we use it in aggregated or de-identified form.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Who We Share Information With
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only to deliver the service:
- Supabase: database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel: application hosting and delivery.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- The Atrium Performance Network (Sonobi): buying and delivering your TV and streaming advertising.
- Anthropic: powers the in-app assistant. Your messages and the account context needed to answer them are sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
- Runway, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI: generate video, voice, and images in Creative Studio from the prompts and assets you provide.
- Resend: sends transactional email such as verification, invitations, and receipts.
- Google: if you choose to sign in with Google.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.
7. Google User Data
When you sign in with Google, Atrium requests only your basic profile and email address. We use that information solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above who host our systems. Atrium's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Atrium's access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
8. Data Retention
We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, generally seven years for billing records. Measurement data collected through our tags is retained for up to 24 months. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within 90 days, except records we are required to keep.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account information from within the app, or by emailing us.
- Export your campaign and reporting data by request.
- Opt out of measurement tags at any time by removing the Atrium tag from your site, or by contacting us.
- Close your account at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, such as the right to know what we hold, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell), and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To make a request, email team@atrium.run. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the period the law requires.
10. Security
We protect data in transit and at rest with industry-standard encryption, restrict internal access to those who need it, and isolate each customer's data at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Transfers
Atrium is based in the United States and our service providers process data in the United States. If you access the service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Children
Atrium is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Atrium after a change means you accept the updated policy.
